The N2WAVE series offers a scalable and energy-efficient nitrogen supply solution designed to reduce dependency on delivered gas, improve productivity and enhance operational safety.

N2WAVE Twin Tower and Modular Series gas generators use PSA technology to separate nitrogen from compressed air, employing carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as an adsorbent. CMS selectivity adsorbs oxygen molecules under pressure, allowing nitrogen to pass through as a clean, high-purity product gas.
In many industries, nitrogen gas is relied upon to create an oxygen-free environment in which oxygen is displaced with nitrogen gas to provide a controlled way to handle highly combustible, sensitive materials and minimize the risk of fire and explosions. In the food and beverage sector, nitrogen is used to remove oxygen from packaging environments, helping to preserve freshness and extend product shelf life.
The N2WAVE™ Twin Tower Series offers higher air-to-nitrogen efficiency and reduced energy consumption compared to previously available generators. These systems generate nitrogen at flows from 19 to 2,041 cfm at 95% purity up to 1.8 to 196 cfm at 99.999% purity at product outlet pressures up to 124 psig (8.5 barg).
This simple structure and compact design require minimal maintenance. The N2WAVE Twin Tower Series is fully automated with a touchscreen HMI and remote capabilities. Specialty features include an innovative silencer design technology, which minimizes noise and supports quiet operation.
The N2WAVE™ Modular Series offers a scalable solution. These systems generate nitrogen at flows from 1.8 to 117.8 cfm at 95% purity up to 0.2 to 12 cfm at 99.999% purity at product outlet pressures up to 124 psig (8.5 barg).
Easily installed and operated, the systems feature a small footprint that can be expanded to accommodate future growth. When your flow requirements increase, simply add another modular unit.
