Arcline-Backed DwyerOmega Acquires SOR Controls Group

DwyerOmega, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, acquired SOR Controls Group. The acquisition expands DwyerOmega's precision pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement product offerings.

Founded in 1946 and based in Lenexa, KS, SOR Controls Group is a globally recognized control instrumentation manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacturing of electronic and mechanical instrumentation for measuring pressure, temperature, level and flow. The company actively serves all sectors of the process industry and has significant experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, chemical processing and water treatment segments.
