MSS Nitrogen and three connected companies have become part of the Atlas Copco Group.
MSS Nitrogen specializes in the design and manufacturing of onsite gas generation systems, gas mixers and filtration for laser cutting applications. It has locations in the U.K. and in the U.S. As part of the acquisition, 44 employees will join Atlas Copco Group.
“I am pleased to say this acquisition further enhances the solutions we can provide to our customers in the laser cutting industry and enlarge our portfolio of on-site gas generation,” said Philippe Ernens, President, Compressor Technique Business Area.
The purchase price is not disclosed. In 2024, net revenues amounted to approximately MGBP 17 (238 MSEK*). MSS Nitrogen is a part of the division Air and Gas Applications within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
