Atlas Copco Group Acquires Neadvance Machine Vision

Neadvance Machine Vision, a software company for automation solutions, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

Neadvance is located in Portugal and offers solutions for quality control and integrated vision systems to automate production lines within the industry. The company has 41 employees who will join Atlas Copco Group as part of the acquisition.

“With this acquisition, we are accelerating our capability for smart integrated assembly,” said Henrik Elmin, Business Area President Industrial Technique.

The purchase price is not disclosed. During 2023, the company had revenues of approximately 2.5 MEUR (28.6 MSEK*). The company will be part of the division Chicago Pneumatic Tools within the Industrial Technique Business Area.
