SCS Makina A.Ş., an independent compressor distributor located in Adana, Türkiye, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.
SCS was founded in 2011 and has 11 employees. The company provides sales and service of air compressor solutions to the Turkish market and is focused on the textile, cement, chemicals and food and beverage sectors.
“With this acquisition, we will be able to grow our geographical presence further and serve current and future customers even better,” said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President Compressor Technique.
During 2023, the company had revenues of approximately 100 MTRY (40 MSEK). The purchase price is not disclosed. The company has become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
