After 30 years, he continued his career with Modern Companies in Cedar Rapids, IA, where he helped launch the company’s air compressor division.
While developing the division, Frush invited his long-time friend Kendall Robb, who had extensive sales experience, to join Modern Compressed Air. In early 2024, Frush and Robb began planning their own company by purchasing the assets of Modern Compressed Air. With Frush’s shop available for inventory and a home office already in place, the business came together and officially opened on July 1, 2024.
