Roscoe began his career almost 20 years ago with a five-year program at a union-credited trade school through the Associated Builders and Contractors in San Diego, CA. He’s held a variety of roles across different companies, starting in the service and installation side of the industry, and later transitioning into project management, system design and equipment sales.
