JORC unveiled its updated SEPREMIUM i range of oil water separators for compressed air condensate management, engineered to drive down residual oil content to below 5 ppm and keep facilities on the right side of environmental regulations. The lineup combines multi-stage adsorption with activated-carbon polishing, delivering high separation efficiency in a compact, installer-friendly package.
Built for real-world plants, the new SEPREMIUM portfolio spans 2 to 60 m³/min air compressor capacities to cover everything from small repair shops to multi-shift production lines. Models include the SEPREMIUM 2i, 4.5i, 10i, 20i, 30i and 60i*, each tuned for its duty class while maintaining the same sub-5 ppm discharge target.
SEPREMIUM brings built-in flashing overflow indicators and optional sensor connectivity for integration into plant monitoring systems. Select models add a visual element-life indicator to help teams plan filter changes instead of reacting to them. A test valve and sample bottle are included for on-site ppm checks – so compliance isn’t a guessing game.
Downtime kills margins, so the range is designed for quick, ergonomic servicing. The 4.5i introduces a solid wall-mount bracket for tidy installs; the 10i/20i/30i/60i add service valves that allow sectional draining and cleaning of individual towers. Lightweight, easily accessible performance elements speed replacement, while multiple condensate inlets give installers flexibility in crowded compressor rooms.
JORC backs performance with practical sustainability: selected models feature housings made from up to 100% recycled plastic, and the range incorporates robust, recyclable materials designed for harsh industrial environments, making the new SEPREMIUMs a true green intelligent solution. SEPREMIUM units carry relevant marks and approvals (including DIBt on listed models) and align with JORC’s broader compliance footprint (CE, UL, CRN, REACH, RoHS, ISO 9001).
The updated JORC green adsorption elements and the final activated-carbon stage effectively handle mineral and synthetic oils, and are available in configurations to address stable condensate emulsions and polyglycol-lubricated systems (consult factory for specifics). SEPREMIUM also plays nicely with all JORC drain types, including timer-controlled and zero-air-loss drains.
To de-risk selection and keep fleets running, JORC supports the range with a Condensate Testkit (pre-sale performance analysis), Service Packs (genuine absorbent elements and wear parts) and the DISTRIBUTOR (even flow splitting across units). Combined with JORC’s service center support and genuine components, plants can extend lifecycle performance and standardize maintenance across sites.
