KSI announced its U.K. subsidiary, KSI Technologies, has acquired 100% of Drymec. The acquisition further strengthens the company’s international position in compressed air treatment and highlights its continued growth and expanding presence across key regions, including Europe, North America, Asia and India.
KSI Technologies has a strong U.K. manufacturing base, producing desiccant dryers, line filter elements, filter housings and condensate management products. Drymec has been a trusted partner of the company for more than 15 years, making the acquisition a natural strategic step and a solid foundation for future growth.
