OTC Industrial Technologies acquired Global Energy Solutions (GES), a leading regional provider of rotating equipment sales, service and repair across the Central United States.
The acquisition represents another strategic step in OTC’s continued investment in its rotating equipment service and repair network, expanding the company’s technical capabilities and geographic reach while providing customers with greater access to critical equipment, maintenance and emergency repair services.
Founded in 2010, GES operates from facilities in Oklahoma City, OK, and Fort Smith, AR. The company provides in-house medium-voltage electric motor and pump repair capabilities along with 24/7 field service, enabling customers to rely on a single provider for equipment, scheduled maintenance and emergency repair needs.
