Best Practices Magazines & EXPO is excited to announce the selection of Rachel Leins as an Executive Council Member of the Women in Compressed Air, Vacuum & Cooling (WCVC) Networking Group. Rachel, a Field Engineer at TRC Companies, a global consulting, engineering, and construction management firm, brings over 11 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector. Rachel is a Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.) with a strong focus on improving energy use, promoting sustainability, and reducing carbon footprints.

When accepting this role, Rachel commented, “I look forward to joining the WCVC Executive Council to amplify the voices of women in the industry. I hope to drive initiatives that empower women, foster leadership, and help shape a dynamic industry.”
The WCVC Networking Group hosts quarterly virtual meetings and meets annually at the WCVC Networking Breakfast during the Best Practices EXPO. The next networking breakfast will take place on Wednesday, October 22nd, at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, MO, during the Best Practices 2025 EXPO & Conference, which takes place from October 21-23, 2025.
