Engineered with state-of-the-art technology and designed for the most demanding industrial environments, the SP20+ continues the company’s legacy of delivering dependable, durable and energy-efficient air compressors. Available in 125 and 150 horsepower models, the SP20+ is offered in both fixed speed and variable frequency drive (VFD) configurations, ensuring operators have the flexibility to match performance with their specific air demand needs.
Featuring enhanced 20 series precision-ground rotor design, the SP20+ airend is engineered for long life, maximum efficiency and reduced maintenance, even in harsh operating environments. Powered by a WEG Premium Efficient TEFC motor, the unit ensures low operating temperatures, reduced noise levels and improved energy efficiency. The Q1 Controller has capabilities for web access, remote monitoring and multi-compressor sequencing of up to 12 units, providing operators with unparalleled system oversight and flexibility.
A heavy-duty air filter, efficient oil separator (≤2-3 ppm carryover) and long-life Pal-Extra 44 synthetic lubricant extend service intervals and maximize machine longevity. Equipped with Yaskawa GA500/GA800 VFDs, the SP20+ VFD models deliver precision airflow control, significant energy savings and optimized performance across varying demand conditions. With a NEMA 4 electrical control box, heavy-duty cast iron air end casing and corrosion-resistant components, the SP20+ is built for reliable operation in the toughest environments.
This series offers capacities ranging from ~510 to 760 acfm, depending on model and pressure settings, with 100, 125, 150 and 175 psig (6.9, 8.6, 10.3 and 12.1 barg) pressures available. It features a compact footprint – 117" L x 62" W x 72" H – and weighs up to 6,450 lbs. depending on configuration. The SP20+ is backed with a one-year warranty on the full package and two years on the airend. The Platinum Extended Warranty is five years on key components and Platinum Plus Extended Warranty is 10 years on critical coverage.
