All attendees of the Best Practices 2026 EXPO & Conference in Indianapolis are welcome to visit the Leak Detection Pavilion located right on the EXPO floor. Compressed air leaks are a hidden but significant expense. Even a 1/16-inch leak can waste $1,000 in electricity annually at $0.10 per kWh. Participants will get hands‑on practice with real leak detector technology and learn best practices for planning and conducting leak assessments.

The pavilion is open Tuesday, Oct. 13, noon to 5 p.m., and Wednesday, Oct. 14, noon to 3:30 p.m.
The Experience
- Locate leaks in pressurized compressed air piping, manifolds and tubing using an acoustic imaging camera.
- Demo ultrasonic leak detector technology and address challenges such as small and hard-to-reach leaks, distance and noisy environments.
- Learn best practices for planning and conducting leak assessments with planned inspection routes.
- Discover how to use leak quantification and cost analysis tools to estimate potential energy savings.
- Gain knowledge, tools and experience to implement a leak management program to enhance production and reduce energy consumption.
Equipment Giveaway
