Join Keynote Speaker, Loran Circle, Senior Consultant, Circle Training & Consulting to discuss the various uses and applications of nitrogen. Different avenues of obtaining nitrogen from having outside suppliers to generating nitrogen in house will also be explored.

Our first sponsor speaker is Bryan Jensen, Corporate Projects Manager, Rogers Machinery. Bryan’s presentation will discuss the nature of nitrogen and how it relates to oxygen, helium and argon.  Nitrogen is itself a reactive gas but behaves as an inert gas due to its unique covalent bond.  Though it is a lighter element, the N2 triple bond is related to its relative size increase as compared to O2; which allows us to separate them from each other.

Our second sponsor speaker is Nate Holliday, Product Sales Manager, Parker Hannifin Corporation. His presentation, “How Redundancy & Preventative Maintenance Play a Role in the Reliability of Onsite Nitrogen Gas Generation,” will discuss an example of an end user that decided to switchover their bulk liquid N2 tank to onsite Nitrogen gas generation. The customer chose to install their system with partial redundancy to help increase the overall reliability of the Nitrogen generators and to assist when preventative maintenance is completed. Why it’s important to service a nitrogen generator timely to ensure efficient operation & uptime will also be explored.
